Larry Kuechler, principal at Berger/Lewis, advises companies, entrepreneurs, and individuals in the areas of business, tax and estate planning. He also serves as director of the firm's Real Estate Services Group. His real estate clients include for profit and non-profit developers, apartment owners, tax credit partnerships, and owners of commercial property.
Larry currently devotes significant time to business succession, estate planning and charitable planning with an emphasis on tax minimization and the use of effective planning vehicles, including family limited partnerships, charitable remainder trusts, private foundations, and trusts generally.
